By downloading or using these models, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any direct or indirect consequences arising from their use. The creator holds no liability for any damages or issues resulting from their application.

Prohibited Uses

Commercial Use & Profit Generation

  • Using these models for any commercial or profit-driven purposes.

  • Selling or distributing any assets derived from these models.

  • Bundling these models for sale or resale.

  • Engaging in any monetized activities involving these models without explicit authorization.
     

Unauthorized Modifications & Content

  • Creating or distributing illegal modifications.

  • Using these models for R18+ or NSFW content, including animations with explicit sexual themes.

  • Associating these models with political, religious, or ideological propaganda.

  • Using these models to create or represent original characters (OC).

  • Incorporating third-party assets into the model and distributing it.

    • If using game assets or another artist’s work with explicit consent, it must remain for private use only.

  • Importing these models into VRChat or using them in video games.

 

Harmful or Malicious Uses

  • Engaging in any behavior that causes harm or distress to others, including:

    • Harassment, bullying, or defamation

    • Misrepresentation of the model, creator, or affiliated individuals

    • Actions that could damage the reputation of the model, its creator, or related parties

 

Unauthorized Redistribution

  • These models are exclusively available on Ko-fi and Bowlroll. Redistribution on other platforms is strictly forbidden.

  • If you come across unauthorized redistribution, please report it to both the creator and the distributor.

 

AI & Machine Learning Prohibitions

  • These models may not be used for any AI-related purposes, including but not limited to:

    • Training machine learning models

    • Generating AI-assisted content based on these models

    • Using these models in AI-generated imagery, animations, or datasets

 

Failure to Provide Proper Credit

  • Any work created using these models must include proper credit to the original creator.

  • Posting, sharing, or distributing works derived from these models without crediting the creator is strictly prohibited.

Permitted Uses

Model Modification

  • Users may modify the models as long as they adhere to the prohibited use guidelines above.

 

Distribution of Edited Models

  • Public distribution of edits is allowed if:

    • The description or title includes “HBS style edit”.

    • The edited model includes the original readme files or a direct link to the official terms.

  • Users can only distribute edits of other Vocal Synth certified characters.

 

Public Displays

  • Public showcases, exhibitions, or presentations using these models are permitted only with explicit permission from the creator.
